BEHIND CLOSED DOORS

Right before my trip to Norway last fall I bought a drone. I got my money's worth on one trip. Beautiful as it was, I wasn't sure how I would use the footage. Perhaps I’d just make a simple and fun compilation video from it. I never thought I’d use it for anything all that meaningful. Then Vivien Reed, a friend from Rochester, NY, reached out to me about making a video for her spoken word 'Behind Closed Doors.' She had a word to share at HER Movement’s HER CON Online but only had that audio recording and wanted something more. I had a week to make it work, and given the current situation with COVID-19, shooting something new wasn't much of an option. So I went through my drone footage and pulled out my best stuff. I am honored to have this footage lay the backdrop of such a powerful and needed word in a time like this. Enjoy!
